Designing for the Internet requires a new approach.
Our three stage solution process identifies and resolves a number of critical success factors:
Audience Who is my website targeting? What are their likes and dislikes? How do I appeal to them? What do they want to know and see?
Message What impression do I want to make on site visitors? How much or how little information should I provide?
Promotion How will my audience know about the site? How can I tell them about it? What will make them want to come and visit? What will make them want to come back again?
Technology What technologies should be incorporated on my site? How are they best applied? Which ones can my audience access with their current hardware and software?
Design What should my site look like? How can visual page design and schematic site layout affect what information is viewed?
Maintenance What will it take to keep my site in working order once it has been developed? Do I have access to the time and skills required to do it? Can I acquire them?
Evaluation How can I measure the effectiveness of my website? What are the outcomes I can expect to achieve?
